Sandy is currently the Owner and Editor-In-Chief of Cashbox Canada as well as Founder and Managing partner of Record World International, the most recent addition to her CV is being the founder and co-owner of Cashbox Radio. Cashbox Radio is a popular online radio station that prides itself in playing the legendary artists right alongside the new indie artists releasing today. With over close to 40 years in the industry, Sandy Graham has been involved in many various aspects of the music business, and is a true trailblazer as well as a supporter of music and artists. She began in record retail, followed by holding the position of the 3rd female Music Director in Canada. Over the years she has worked with artists both inside touring and management in her career she has worked with Daryl Hall & John Oates, KC & the Sunshine Band, Natalie Cole, Tower of Power, Andy Kim, Chubby Checker, Tommy James and the Shondells, Gowan of Styx, Gerry & the Pacemakers, Terry Sylvester/The Hollies, Bobby Curtola, April Wine to name a few. Aside from currently being a music journalist, musicologist and on air host, Sandy Graham is also a choreographer, having choreographed the first ever halftime show at the Sky Dome (Rogers Centre) Toronto’s 60,000 seat domed stadium. She also worked with Atlantis Films as a dance instructor and choreographer (Robocop, Almost Grown, Maniac Mansions-SCTV, David Chase/Sopranos, Joe Flaherty) and continues to teach dance to this day.

Gail Harvey is a multi award-winning television and film director and producer. Her background is in photography and she branded out to film after an illustrious career as photojournalist and stills photographer. As a film director, she was mentored by Norman Jewison, Wim Wenders and Arthur Penn, and was the third woman ever hired as a staff photojournalist at United Press International wire service. Most recently, Harvey has directed four seasons (six episodes) of the Netflix show VIRGIN RIVER, the number one show in the world with billions of minutes viewed. Harvey won the Canadian Screen award for Best Direction TV Movie for her Lifetime film NO ONE WOULD TELL. Her feature film, the thriller NEVER SAW IT COMING starring Emily Hampshire (Schitts Creek) and Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts was recently nominated for Best World Showcase Feature Film at the Soho International Film Festival in New York, and is now screening on HBO Canada and AMAZON PRIME. GONE MOM starring Annabeth Gish and Warren Christie reently won Best Narrative Feature, Best Actress and Best Producer at the L.A. Independent Women Film Awards. Harvey recently directed all ten episodes of the final season of YOU ME HER, an award winning show available now on Crave TV in Canada, and Netflix around the world. In the past two years she has directed five movies for Lifetime Network, including the award winning NO ONE WOULD TELL, starring Shannen Doherty, GATES OF PARADISE based on best selling author V.C. Andrews novel starring Jason Priestly, RUBY, nominated for 12 LEO AWARDS (winner of four), GONE MOM, and DYING TO BELONG premiering in October. Previous credits include her documentary film about musician Rickie Lee Jones, entitled THE OTHER SIDE OF DESIRE, directed and produced by Harvey. The film premiered at the Raindance Film Festival in London, England and was in consideration for a Grammy award. Harvey’s feature film LOOKING IS THE ORIGINAL SIN won Best International Feature at the New York International Film Festival, screened in London, England at the Raindance Film Festival and at the Female Eye Film Festival where Gail was awarded the Female Eye Honourary Director, Best in the Business award for 2014. Harvey also produced and directed the very successful webseries LONG STORY SHORT which sold to Hulu and won over twenty awards, including a Canadian Screen Award for Boland as best actress in a digital series. Harvey directed the Netflix/CBC show NORTHERN RESCUE, starring Billy Baldwin, and was nominated for a DGC award for Best Direction in a Television Drama and has directed television shows FAMILY MATTERS, PRETTY HARD CASES, PRIVATE EYES, DARK MATTER, HEARTLAND, LOST GIRL REPUBLIC OF DOYLE, MURDOCH MYSTERIES, as well as directing al the episodes of the HBO series THE LINE.

Born in Bulgaria, matured in America, enjoying himself responsibly over the world. He now splits his time between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sofia, Bulgaria. Before establishing himself in Europe, Boyan was a touring musician in the US. Besides being a college- trained guitarist, he was the de facto logistics and business manager the bands he worked with. A keen linguist, he holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and French from University of Houston, Texas. His continuing path in the music industry eventually led him to a Masters in Arts Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. After moving to Bulgaria in 2010, Boyan was recruited to work on Live Nation productions such as Sting, Roxette, Depeche Mode, Aerosmith, Cirque Du Soleil, Roger Waters’ The Wall, Iron Maiden, the Scorpions, Hans Zimmer, Dream Theater, Steven Wilson, and Steve Hackett. Striking out on his own in 2017, Boyan expanded his roster by working with Sara Tavares, Morcheeba, Al Di Meola, Opeth, Katatonia, Nigel Kennedy, Laibach, flamenco wizard Edu Vico, and many others. Boyan is the founder of SPIKE – Bulgarian Music Showcase, Bulgaria’s first conference and showcase platform. Boyan is part of the Booking and Production team at the Green Futures field Glastonbury Festival.

Peter Åstedt has worked in the music industry for over 30 years. He started his own record label, Dead Frog Records, at the age of fifteen in 1990. Over the years, he has started several companies in various areas of the music industry such as PR, publishing, distribution, sync placements, management, festivals and artists. Development. Today, he leads several of the departments at Musichelp, which is an umbrella company for various companies in the music industry. Peter has also been involved in working to structure cities to become music cities. He has worked on five of the twenty most streamed songs in the world. He writes the popular music blog which is also published in Cashbox Magazine Canada and Record World International. He is also a co-owner of Cashbox Radio, an international online radio station. He is now booker and curator at Sweden's new showcase festival Future Echoes, Norrköping Music Day and a couple of other showcase festivals.

Carlos Barth started his entertainment career in California as a touring sound engineer after completing an Engineering degree at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Gaining experience throughout the world he moved to Sweden in 1999 and worked first locally in Helsingborg before moving on to Telia Mobile Research and Development, focusing on WLAN and Bluetooth business opportunities. In 2003 Carlos started Summit Wireless, which provided networking services to concert tours and festivals for artists like Carola and Gyllene Tider. Also, during that year, after working briefly with local artists “The Sounds”, he started working for “Mando Diao” doing tour management and other responsibilities. The relationship continued during which time they have sold more than 1,000,000 albums, done over 1500 shows and collected numerous awards in Sweden and abroad. Today Summit Music Management runs the office for the band, has a production company, a warehouse and rehearsal facility and has started building a broader roster of clients. Owned by Carlos Barth, Summit Music Management focuses on business, career and production services for artists and bands.

Kayleigh is a graphic designer and illustrator, usually found swearing over a laptop somewhere backstage. American by birth and international by choice, she and her trusty laptop have circled the globe, working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and American Airlines to charities and festivals like the Drive Foundation, the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She first cut her teeth working with non-profits and to this day has a special love for making something out of the behind-the-scenes chaos that is a festival. Together with her partner Boyan Pinter, she is one of the forces behind SPIKE – Bulgarian Music Showcase, Bulgaria’s first showcase festival and music conference, now gearing up for its second edition in May

Malin started her first band in Stockholm when she was 18 years old, a rock band called Yield's. At the same time, she toured with the jazz pianist Allan Johansson (Povel Ramel's conductor). Malin moved to Skåne in southern Sweden and the Rock group "The Four Roses" took Malin in as a singer in 1992. They played together for 4 years and released one 12 tracks album “The Four Roses”. She started working as environment and quality manager at Kristianstads Boktryckeriet in 1994 and stayed there for 6 years. Her first business company was started in 2001 where the main occupation was a rehab center for horses. On the farm she also held seminars and courses. In 2012 the band Bara Jonson and Free was formed together with the amazing Jonas Tancred. BjF has since released three full length albums, of which two are vinyl LPs. Bara Jonson and Free is now an international touring duo with their own music genre, Crockpop, and was nominated as best emerging artist in Toronto during Indie Week 2019. They were selected as INES talent 2020 and 2021. 2017 Malin started her jazz band “Malin Östh Band” where they play a mix of jazz, swing, evergreens and Swedish folksongs 2021 Malin and Jonas from Bara Jonson and Free, started the music festival ‘Lilla By Festivalen’ in their home village of Rinkaby, Sweden. Already in 2022 it had grown into a hybrid festival; somewhere between festival and showcase. 2023 they are also adding ‘Kristianstad Music Days’ showcase to their list as well as their own augmented reality app for vinyl enhancement, developed by BjFGO!

Tancred started his music career in the early 80’s as singer/guitarist/songwriter in a hard rock band, ‘Power Rain’ (later ‘Ironside’). He spent his off time (from music) working in sales for some advertising companies, as Account Manager for a CAD-consulting company (AEC), as a consultant at Volvo Cars and finally as CEO and Senior business recruiter for his own recruitment company P2B. 2007 he accidentally stumbled into the online virtual world of Second Life and live streaming music over the internet which led to him being signed to a New York record company. This came to play a major part of the 2011 HBO documentary ‘When Strangers Click’ featuring him and his Second Life alter ego, Bara Jonson, being nominated for an Emmy-award. The same year he released his first album ‘Lost in America Somewhere’. In 2012 the band Bara Jonson and Free was formed together with the amazing Malin Östh. BjF has since released three full length albums, of which two are vinyl LPs. David has run clubs, arranged concerts, festivals and worked with promotion, management, booking, tour and event production since the 90s. David is also one of the founders of Kulturföreningen Äntligen, which every year organizes a number of events in Kristianstad and the surrounding area and which runs the stage at Biljardkompaniet.
