Sandy Graham (CA)
Cashbox Magazine Canada
Sandy Graham has had perhaps one of the most diverse and interesting careers in the Canadian Music
Industry.
Currently the Owner and Editor-In-Chief of both Cashbox Canada and Record World International,
magazines, along with being the Program Director for Cashbox Radio.
With over close to 40 years in the industry, Sandy Graham has been involved in many various aspects of
the music business, and is a true trailblazer as well as a supporter of music and artists.
Sandy holds the position of being the 3 rd female Music Director in Canada, earning a reputation breaking
artists such as Shawn Phillips, Heart, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Ian Matthews, Jesse Colin Young amongst
others.
She was also one of the first women to be hired by a major label, holding the position of Eastern
Promotions Manager for RCA Records in Montreal, Quebec which resulted in working and touring with
the afore mentioned Daryl Hall & John Oates, KC & the Sunshine Band, Natalie Cole, Tower of Power.
For touring and management she has worked with the likes of Andy Kim, Chubby Checker, Tommy
James and the Shondells, Gowan of Styx, John McDermott, Gerry & the Pacemakers, Terry Sylvester/The
Hollies, Bobby Curtola, April Wine to name a few.
Sandy Graham has owned various music venues in her career, including the Legendary Horseshoe
Tavern and Route 66 and produced shows for The Tall Ships, Starlight Foundation, Toronto Blue Jays
Baseball Club, Variety Village, Earth Day 2021 with Tom Jackson.
Also a certified choreographer, Sandy worked with Atlantis Films as a dance instructor and
choreographer (Robocop, Almost Grown, Maniac Mansions-SCTV, David Chase/Sopranos, Joe Flaherty)
and continues to teach dance to this day.
Currently Sandy Graham tours globally on panels in various countries, focusing on awareness of equality,
ageism, mentoring and mental health.
Still active in the management part of her career, her most recent move is to be the driving force behind
EMG Collectives, working with a global network to focus on promoting and providing mentoring and
guidance to legendary and indie artists.

Lisa Nasta (UK)
Glastonbury
Lisa Nasta is a seasoned event manager and festival programmer with UK-based juggernauts Glastonbury Festival, WOMAD, and Weyfest. She also coordinates music educational programs and is the Director of Re-Play Music, a non-profit community project that donates musical instruments, educates and entertains children, and is permanent fixture at Kidz Field, Glastonbury Festival.
A master craftsman and luthier, Lisa was the director of the of the Surrey Strings Music Store. Her penchant for festival planning and organization finds its roots there. While at Surrey Strings, she programmed a year-long lunchtime music project, part of the bandstand revival in London, which hosted performances of over 200 artists and bands per year. She also programmed the monthly World Music night at Surrey Strings for two years. Concurrently, Lisa was director at the Abbey School of Music where she managed freelance tutors who delivered key educational programs in group and private lesson formats.
As an artist manager, Lisa created partnerships with Mel Bay International, Bad Reputation Records (France), LWB Music (USA), KRUNK Booking (India), Blue Frog Records (India), Gensure International (China), and Bad Pony Booking (Germany), as well as negotiated endorsements with Yamaha Guitars and TC Electronics. Lisa has organized music tours on almost every continent on the planet, except for Australia.
Throughout her illustrious career Lisa has produced and programmed the main stage for A Country Affair Event on Clapham Common, Morden Hall Park, Hampton Court Palace. She has been twice nominated at the Green Awards at Merton Borough and won 2 M.I.A awards for the Re-Play Project “Environmental Initiative & Sustainability” from Music Industry Association of Britain (MIA) & America (NAMM). Lisa is currently the Site Coordinator for Green Futures Field, Glastonbury Festival in charge of production and entertainment programming, where she is assisted by Boyan Robert Pinter.

Kayleigh Lebak (BG)
SPIKE
Kayleigh Lebak is a graphic designer and illustrator by day and road-ready backstage gremlin by night. Together with her partner Boyan Pinter, she is one of the forces behind SPIKE – Bulgarian Music Showcase, Bulgaria’s first showcase festival and music conference, now going into its third year.
In her daylight persona, Kayleigh is a freelance graphic designer with a specialty in promotional and merchandise design, with clients including Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and American Airlines, charities and festivals like the Glastonbury Festival, the Drive Foundation, the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and venues, entertainers, and experiences including MGM Resorts, Gary Sinise, and Neon Global.
In her moonlight mode, Kayleigh provides the visual, web, and social media firepower behind SPIKE as its Creative and Communications Director, along with being the friendly face that directs delegates on site. She first cut her teeth working with festivals and to this day has a special love for making something out of the behind-the-scenes chaos that is live music, whether it is running backline, stage managing, manning the merch table, selling tickets, or gophering.

Boyan Pinter (US/BG)
SPIKE, Glastonbury
Boyan Pinter – is a respected music professional, promoter, manager, festival organizer and digital music distributor. Born in Bulgaria, matured in America, enjoying himself responsibly over the world.
Before establishing himself in Europe, Boyan was a touring musician in the US. Besides being a college- trained guitarist, he was the de facto logistics and business manager of the bands he worked with. A keen linguist, he holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and French from University of Houston, Texas. His continuing path in the music industry eventually led him to a Masters in Arts Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA.
After moving to Bulgaria in 2010, Boyan was recruited to work as a production and logistics specialist on Live Nation concerts such as Sting, Roxette, Depeche Mode, Aerosmith, Cirque Du Soleil, Roger Waters’ The Wall, Iron Maiden, the Scorpions, Hans Zimmer, Dream Theater, Steven Wilson, and Steve Hackett. Striking out on his own in 2017, he expanded his portfolio by working with Sara Tavares, Morcheeba, Al Di Meola, Opeth, Katatonia, Nigel Kennedy, Steve Vai, Airbourne, Dub FX, and many others. He works under the brand PanHarmony and in cooperation with Blue Hills Events.
Boyan is the founder of SPIKE – Bulgarian Music Showcase, Bulgaria’s first conference and showcase platform designed to fulfil the needs of the growing Bulgaria music industry for both developing and established artists. The second edition will take place during May 25 – 27, 2023 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and will feature a growing roster of high-level professionals from across the globe.
Boyan is part of the booking and production team at the Toad Hall stage at Green Futures field at Glastonbury Festival where he the assist to field coordinator Lisa Nasta. He is responsible for booking the first Bulgarian bands onto the Glastonbury Festival, along with bands from Poland, Sweden, Ukraine, and the Baltics. In 2022, acting as an agent, Boyan had his first placement on the Pyramid Stage with Ukrainian artist Jamala.
Boyan’s management clients have performed at nearly every showcase festival around the world, have received funding for the recording of albums or producing music videos, and have obtained coveted US “O” visas, which gives them the privilege of being able to perform legally in the US.
Boyan is a frequent lecturer at the International Music Business School in Barcelona where he speaks on music promotion and better business practices in the music industry. He is also a board member of the Drive Foundation Canada, whose mission is to support mental health through music, the arts & holistic recovery programs.
Boyan is currently an A & R for Believe Music for Bulgaria, where he is charge of acquiring new talent and helping them grow through the cutting edge digital tools that Believe offers, with respect, transparency and expertise.

Marta Grigale (LV)
Marta Grigale is a Latvian singer, songwriter, social media influencer, former DJ at pieci.lv (Latvian Radio 5), and actress.
After obtaining a musical theatre degree at the London College of Music, she returned to Riga and embarked on an intetesting and diverse career, starting from classical theatre performances to transitioning into a radio personality. Eventually, she ventured into writing and releasing her own music, gaining a noticeable following on social media along the way. Currently,
Marta is deeply involved in songwriting for others and working on her own artist project.

Peter Åstedt (SE)
Future Echoes
With over 35 years of experience in the music industry, Peter Åstedt has established himself as a prominent figure. At the young age of fifteen in 1990, he founded Dead Frog Records, which remains one of Sweden's oldest and most enduring record labels to this day.
Peter has been at the forefront of the digital revolution within the music industry, uploading his first mp3 in 1995 and contributing to the development of one of the first legal platforms for mp3 sales. His expertise spans across all facets of the music industry, from digital distribution to the creation of sales systems for physical distribution.
His diverse portfolio includes serving as a music supervisor for major projects and overseeing the music for the world's largest advertising campaign. His music has been featured in prestigious events such as the Olympics, Super Bowl, Milano Fashion Week, as well as numerous movies and TV series. Peter has also made significant contributions to publishing and has conducted writing camps for established stars.
In addition to his roles as a manager and business developer, Peter actively collaborates with cities to foster music development. His roster boasts legendary artists, and he has act as a consultant to some of the world's largest record labels. Peter's expertise and reputation have led him to speak at over 60 showcase festivals worldwide, including the five largest events in the industry. He has also been a guest teacher at leading music universities globally, solidifying his influence and knowledge.

Janne Schaffer (SE)
Sammanlagt har Janne Schaffer medverkat på cirka 5000 titlar varav mellan 300 och 400 är egna produktioner. Han har spelat in 27 egna skivor och fyra studioalbum, samt sex samlingsalbum med Electric Banana Band. Han har även skrivit musiken till fem filmer och en teaterföreställning.
Janne Schaffer var med och grundade Ted Gärdestad Minnesfond 1999, tillsammans med Kenneth Gärdestad och Richard Arvidsson. Schaffer är även engagerad i Albin Hagströms Minnesfond vid Kungliga Musikaliska Akademien och han medverkade när J:son-stipendiet grundades 2013. Alla dessa stipendier delas ut till unga musiker.
Vidare är han miljömentor för organisationen ”Artister för Miljön” och tillsammans med Lasse Åberg, ambassadör för Sveriges Ekologiska Lantbrukare.

Lennart Östlund (SE)
Polar studio
Lennart Östlund is one of Sweden’s most famous producers, mixer and record engineers. Lennart started his career at the legendary Polar Studios that was built by ABBA and worked there 44 years. Lennart took over Polar Studios after ABBA and has been running until it closed down a couple of years ago when Lennart retired. Over the years Lennart has been involved in different stages of recording with the biggest artist in history like Led Zeppelin, ABBA, Rammstein, Genesis, Ramones, Europe, Rainbow, Backstreet Boys, Beastie Boys, Belinda Carlisle, Burt Bacharach, Emma Bunton, Celine Dion, Tony Banks, Big Country och Roxette and many many more.

Lisa Hartt (CA)
“I have dealt with the loneliness of being on the road for months and months, the endless touring and the rough timetable, terrible conditions, and no other women generally, to speak with, share my thoughts and fears left me feeling alone and isolated. It gets to you, really gets to you. I became very ill over many years and eventually had to find my way to heal or die. I feel participating on the Mental Health panel at Lilla By Festivalen is my way of paying it forward. Being able to share my success story of 40 years in recovery is a dream for me and one that can hopefully help one person on their journey as well. It is time to break the stigma and embrace the journey to mental wellness."

Don Graham (CA)
EMG Collectives
An established singer/songwriter, Don Graham has also been working in recording studios as an artist and a producer for over five decades and has seen the evolution of recording go from 4-track analog to unlimited-track digital.
He has recorded in studios in Montreal, Nashville, New York Austin, and Muscle Shoals. He has worked with producers like Hall of Famer Norbert Putnam and Gary Buck and Steve Adabbo. He has been on both sides of the glass and has a keen knowledge of what is involved in taking a song from Demo to Master.

Malin Östh (SE) -
Lilla By Festivalen
Malin started her first band in Stockholm when she was 18 years old, a rock band called Yield’s. At the same time, she toured with the jazz pianist Allan Johansson (Povel Ramel’s conductor).
Malin moved to Skåne in southern Sweden and the Rock group ”The Four Roses” took Malin in as a singer in 1992. They played together for 4 years and released one 12 tracks album “The Four Roses”.
She started working as environment and quality manager at Kristianstads Boktryckeriet in 1994 and stayed there for 6 years. Her first business company was started in 2001 where the main occupation was a rehab center for horses. On the farm she also held seminars and courses.
In 2012 the band Bara Jonson and Free was formed together with the amazing Jonas Tancred. BjF has since released three full length albums, of which two are vinyl LPs.
Bara Jonson and Free is now an international touring duo with their own music genre, Crockpop, and was nominated as best emerging artist in Toronto during Indie Week 2019. They were selected as INES talent 2020 and 2021.

Amir Aly (SE)
YLA Studio
Amir Aly började som sångare och gitarrist i mitten på 1990-talet men bytte så småningom inriktning till producent och låtskrivare.
1999 startade han sin egen inspelningsstudio (YLA Studios i Malmö) där de flesta av hans produktioner fortfarande görs.
2002 inledde Amir vad som skulle bli ett långvarigt samarbete med Jill Johnson och sedan dess har deras inspelningar lett till bland annat tre platinaskivor, en Grammis, flertalet låtar på Svensktoppen.
Amir producerade tre spår på Eurovision Song Contest-vinnaren Alexander Rybaks album Fairytales. Året därpå valde Rybak att lägga hela produktionen hos YLA Studios.
Amir har också producerat albumet "Pieces" med vinnaren av Melodifestivalen 2013 Robin Stjernberg. Albumet sålde guld första dagen.
Amir Aly har haft med åtta bidrag i Melodifestivalen som upphovsman och ytterligare två som producent.

2002 inledde Amir vad som skulle bli ett långvarigt samarbete med Jill Johnson och sedan dess har deras inspelningar lett till bland annat tre platinaskivor, en Grammis, flertalet låtar på Svensktoppen.
Amir producerade tre spår på Eurovision Song Contest-vinnaren Alexander Rybaks album Fairytales. Året därpå valde Rybak att lägga hela produktionen hos YLA Studios.
Amir har också producerat albumet "Pieces" med vinnaren av Melodifestivalen 2013 Robin Stjernberg. Albumet sålde guld första dagen.
Amir Aly har haft med åtta bidrag i Melodifestivalen som upphovsman och ytterligare två som producent.

Jonas Tancred (SE)
Lilla By Festivalen
Tancred started his music career in the early 80’s as singer/guitarist/songwriter in a hard rock band, ‘Power Rain’ (later ‘Ironside’). He spent his off time (from music) working in sales for some advertising companies, as Account Manager for a CAD-consulting company (AEC), as a consultant at Volvo Cars and finally as CEO and Senior business recruiter for his own recruitment company P2B.
2007 he accidentally stumbled into the online virtual world of Second Life and live streaming music over the internet which led to him being signed to a New York record company. This came to play a major part of the 2011 HBO documentary ‘When Strangers Click’ featuring him and his Second Life alter ego, Bara Jonson, being nominated for an Emmy-award. The same year he released his first album ‘Lost in America Somewhere’.
In 2012 the band Bara Jonson and Free was formed together with the amazing Malin Östh. BjF has since released three full length albums, of which two are vinyl LPs. Bara Jonson and Free is now an international touring duo with their own music genre, Crockpop, and was nominated as best emerging artist in Toronto during Indie Week 2019. They were selected as INES talent 2020 and 2021.
2021 they started the music festival ‘Lilla By Festivalen’ in their home village of Rinkaby, Sweden. Already in 2022 it had grown into a hybrid festival; somewhere between festival and showcase. 2023 they are also adding ‘Kristianstad Music Days’ showcase to their list as well as their own augmented reality app for vinyl enhancement, developed by BjFGO!
